Johor Premium Outlet

Johor Premium Outlets is a collection of 80 designer and name brand outlet stores featuring saving of 25% to 65% every day. The center is held by "Genting Simon Sdn Bhd" (GSSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Simon Genting Ltd ("SGL"). SGL in turn is a 50:50 joint venture between Azzon Ltd ("Azzon"), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genting Plantations Bhd, and Premium Outlets®, the outlet division of Simon Property Group.

Johor Premium Outlet

Went there on boxing day at about 10.30am. It was easy to get there because road signs are everywhere. There were so many people there especially those from Johor. It was really crowed and hot. As you can see, it's not a shopping mall like the outlet store in York, England. Bare in mind that you have to queue up to get into store like Coach and Burberry. They do have up to 60% sale for all the brands but things ain't cheap there. I only went into a few store cos of time constrain. Ok, these are my experiences in those store.

Armani
They have sale up to 50% from Giorgio to Armani Jeans. One long sleeve shirt(Man) cost bout MYR1,699.00 and after discount is about MYR849.50. One dress is about MYR2,500 to MYR5,000 with 50% discount too. A t-shirt from Armani Jeans is MYR299.00 after discount. I'd rather buy them in KL because Emporio Armani do have 50% off for their  t-shirt too.

Zegna
The items there are about the same as the MO Outlet we have in KL. Price wise, about the same.

Burberry
Bags up to 50% off but those are not the haymarket design. It's full leather and the NPM is MYR5,000 with 50% off. The other offseason item is on 30% discount which is also the same as normal Burberry store countrywide. A polo tee is MYR700-MYR800, after discount is MYR400-MYR500. You will have to queue up for Burberry, but the queue is not that bad that day.

Coach
OMG, I dunno why people is so fond of this brand. The queue is atleast 10 meters long but they do have 50% discount on their bags. I didn't go in because of the queue.

Calvin Klein
There were less than 10 people in there. most of their items are black and white. Nothing impressive and price wise, it's about 50% off.

DKNY
Very few people in it as well. Those are the items you can find in normal DNKY store in Malaysia with 50% discount. I don't find any reason why I should be buying it here.

G2000
Thought of buying a shirt for my brother cos one shirt is only MYR79 and pant is also MYR79; but the items there, my god. I think those shirt designs are bout 5 years back. Didn't get anything there.

Those are the only places I went into. I only manage to get one item. There are few stores still under renovation for eg Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange, Tommy Hilfiger etc.

The only item I got there
See how they try to save cost by giving us a cheaper bag....

After the shopping, we went to have our lunch and everywhere was full. Coffee Bean has the most people. I didn't manage to stuff myself in there to see if it's cheaper than usual. So we ended up in "Tang Shifu", which means "Master of Soup" in english.
Tang Shifu

From left to right, Bean Curd served with Petite Abalone Sauce MYR15.90, Pouched Vegetable with Wolfberry MYR 13.90, Mini Buddha Jump Over the Wall MYR29.90. It was really good and it's MYR90 for all those dishes with 3 rice and tea. Below is the rating for the restaurant, not the Outlet store, cos i will never be going there again!!!

Ambiance = 7/10
Food         = 8/10
Service     = 6/10
